These terms apply when you use the Khujedebo website and enquire about or use our services. By contacting us for a sourcing request, you agree to the following.

What we do

Khujedebo is a product sourcing and procurement partner. We help you find, verify and negotiate with factories in China, arrange quality inspection, and coordinate door-to-door logistics through our sister brand BurakXpress.

Quotes and orders

• Any prices, lead times and factory details we share are estimates based on the information available at the time and may change before an order is confirmed.
• The specific scope, price, payment terms and timeline for each order are agreed with you in writing before work begins.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving product specifications, samples and quotes before production or shipment.

Payments

Payment terms are agreed per order. We aim for transparency — you see the factory price and our service fee separately. Third-party costs (such as factory payments, freight, duties and taxes) are your responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Third parties

Factories, suppliers, inspectors and logistics providers are independent third parties. We take care to verify suppliers before you commit, but we are not the manufacturer of your goods and do not control every action of third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the service fees you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Intellectual property

The content, branding and design of this website belong to Khujedebo. You keep ownership of the designs, specifications and materials you send us for your own products.
